What is a credit?
Credits are charged per agent iteration. IQX Spark uses 1 credit per iteration, IQX Nova uses 2.5, and IQX Ultimate uses 5. Clear prompts and scoped verification usually reduce iterations.
How many prompts will 500 credits run?

For 20€ excl. VAT a month, you get 500 credits. How far that goes depends on the agent reasoning mode you choose for each prompt:

up to 500 iterations
1 credit per iteration. Fast delivery for focused edits and lightweight builds.
IQX Nova
up to 200 iterations
2.5 credits per iteration. Balanced reasoning for polished product work.
IQX Ultimate
up to 100 iterations
5 credits per iteration. Deep autonomy for complex architecture, debugging, and larger builds.
What does the free plan include?
The free plan gives you 5 credits per day (up to 30 per month) to explore IQX. You can create public projects, collaborate with unlimited team members, and use IQX Spark mode.
How does custom domain work?
Custom domains are available on Pro plans and above. You simply point your domain to our provided CNAME, then add your domain to your application container to verify it. Configuration usually takes about 5 minutes.
Can I upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time?
Yes! You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time. Canceling a plan is very easy and keeps your other paid services active for deployed projects. If a subscription for deployed services is not paid, they become inactive, but we keep your project VMs in a sleep cycle for up to 30 days. If you return and pay within those 30 days, you can simply start your sleeping service containers and everything will work exactly as you left it.
Who owns the projects and code?
You do! All code generated and projects created belong to you. While deploying a project within our platform costs a small amount, it saves massive time as the agent handles deployments and migrations automatically. You can always clone your database from our platform, but moving projects elsewhere requires manual .env key transfers, as GitHub restricts pushing sensitive configuration files.
What tech stacks does IQX support?
IQX is limitless when it comes to the tools used within a project. Currently, we focus our infrastructure on Next.js because it makes running full-stack applications easy and robust. We will be providing support for Expo/Flutter in the near future.
What is included in the Free Database?
Each project gets a free PostgreSQL database container with minimum resources (256MB RAM, 0.25 CPU, 1GB Storage). This free container runs only when you are actively working and sleeps during inactivity. It becomes a permanent, always-on container when you upgrade your deployment services. To check usage, navigate to the Services toggle in your project and view the Monitoring tab; if usage is high, you can upgrade your plan for an instant resource boost.
